Ying Yang was appointed in July 2019 as the Assistant Director of the Kevin M. McGovern Family Center for Venture Development in the Life Sciences at Cornell University. She is also a lecturer in the Sloan Program in Healthcare Administration in the Department of Policy and Analysis. Ying has extensive experience in healthcare consulting with expertise on topics ranging from corporate strategy, business development, to commercial excellence. Prior to joining the Center, Ying was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey and Company, primarily consulting pharma and biotech companies across US, Asia and Europe.
Ying earned a B.A. and a M.A. degree from Fudan University, and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School.
